The underlying theme of Opal is to promote sharing: a variety of special glasses have been designed by Ibi Issolah and Mark Boase to allow any number of people from four to eight to share cocktails.
The Bar has an extensive and innovative list created by our General Manager Dorian Pryce.

Alongside this Jerome Tauvron has cleverly translated elements from L’Etranger and on this premise produced delightful platters to share: Sashimi, Oriental and Vegetarian to name but a few.
Opal has a capacity of 150, but yet is an intimate space in which to enjoy the lounge atmosphere and later on in the evening DJ’s are handpicked to entertain you providing eclectic souls of music, Funk and Soulful Groove, Latino Bossa Nova, Intelligent Soul and Hip R&B.

During his time at the Atlantic, Dorian Pyrce developed his flair as a mixologist and coupling fresh ideas and ingredients has fashioned an original list, which has been noted as a novel contribution by those in the industry.
